Clean, spacious, beautiful view from the upper floors, convenient for travelers by car. Not a bad breakfast.

Breakfasts are great! It's delicious and varied. bed is very comfortable, room is big, bathroom too.

Bad hair dryer, small window, little bit noisy.

Friendly staff, modern design, excellent breakfast, with a spacious room and great views over the city from the 8th floor.

Nothing, all was good.

It is set in a very historic area, minute walk from a museum and a cathedral. It has nice hot and rich breakfasts and top-class stuff on reception desk.

Not cheap breakfast, it should be much better.

The breakfast was delicious and rich with freshly cooked options, with lots of food. The location was decent, only 5 minutes walk to Mercado de la Ribera Market.

They served not cheap breakfast, it can be way much better.

The room was 5 star (room 312), fantastic view,quick ckeck-in/out,very convenient bus transport (bus at hotel entrance),new and modern decor

This Hotel offered exceptional value for money and the set menu meal was excellent and good value for money including wine coffee watrer for 18Euros. Our room was on the 6th floor and was well presented and very spacious. Although in town it still offered a pleasant outlook from our room. The secure parking was a must for us as we were travelling in a Classic Car on our way to Bilbao. The entry into the Car Park caused a few intakes of breath but no problems. The staff were very friendly and fix a mean g & T. We would certainly stay there again if we were in the area.

The restaurant is large and although well presented it is lacking in atmosphere. Perhaps some soft lights a bit of greenery and curtains at the windows would make it less like a canteen but the food was excellent.

The double room was spacious, and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of options, including fruits and pastries. The hotel is conveniently located near the entrance of town. Plus, enjoying a relaxing bath in my very own jacuzzi was such a treat!
